1929 manor style home with all the updates you would expect in 2022. This beautiful getaway sits atop 5 beautiful acres of forest, flower gardens, and fruit trees. 7 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room with french doors that lead out to a large deck with amazing sunsets. Fully supplied kitchen with granite counters, instant hot water, Keurig, gas stove. Looking for inside fun, we have a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and sauna. Outside you will find two large decks that wrap around the home. Gas grill - gas included, a jacuzzi that accommodates 8 comfortably, an in ground heated (to approx 80 degrees) swimming pool (seasonal) and a large fire pit (wood provided). The home is a 5 minute walk to Amston Lake and 3 minute drive to the airline trail. FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND MUST BE SENT TO HOMEOWNER WITH 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. Video cameras present outside facing pool, firepit, garage/driveway.

Summary: Family reunion with 3 generations (91 years old to 10months) and the house was perfect fit !! Plenty of room for everyone together and places to go for a little quite time too! The kitchen was great for making big meals and the Host provided everything we need to cook and serve for everyone!! The house was quiet and the grounds were beautiful! Short walk to the lake! The Host was fantastic and was very accommodating!!

Summary: Well the title should say it all but The Manor is definitely a 5 Star experience. The place is extremely well kept, has all the amenities you could want for and the Hosts are always looking for ways to further improve the property and customer experience. The personal touch that Cathie and Kevin provide is exceptional. We will be back.

Summary: We hosted a family reunion and really enjoyed this property! This property is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed all of the amenities this home had to offer.... beautiful gardens and sitting areas, huge pool, hot tub, basketball, fire pit, expansive green space, private lake (in neighborhood), sauna, pool table, ping pong, arcade game, piano, tvs in most rooms, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive when needed. I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Summary: As every review states, this home is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and will not disappoint! The photos don’t do it justice. Note: I am extremely picky and scour over every review before selecting homes on VRBO. It was perfect for my family of four, along with three other families. We all had our own space, but could come together in one of the many common areas for lots of fun! The kitchen was well equipped. We made all of our own meals and it had everything you could ever think of! Need to do laundry? Don’t worry, they have a washer and dryer on every floor! The pool was fabulous, not to mention all of the other spaces for relaxing outside. My husband and sister-in-law made an effort to go and sit in each area just to experience all of the beauty. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this home enough!!!

Summary: This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family. We had 11 people in our party and each of us had a delightful time. Lots of space for family togetherness as well as for individual downtime. Lots of amenities and we were never bored, even during rainstorms. I appreciate the ongoing care the owners put into maintaining this property. Hebron and Amston Lake are beautiful spots in Connecticut. I highly recommend this as a great spot for family vacations!

Summary: This is a truly wonderful property. The house is huge and attractively decorated. We were a group of ten, and there was ample space both for group activities and for privacy. The owners have paid attention to all the details to make sure they are right. The pool is large and the water temperature - a constant 85 degrees - comfortable. There is a lake with a nice little beach within a five to ten minute walk. There are many different areas to sit or play on the grounds. The house and facilities are all in topnotch condition. It's simply a superb place for a family get together.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the property for a family reunion! The size was perfect for our group of 12, and we spent most of our time rotating between the pool, hot tub, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The host was very responsive and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
