Summary: This was our first trip to Manta but not Ecuador. The condo has an excellent location - right on a beach and directly across from the clubhouse - with 3-4 pools (depending on how you count them!) with a very friendly group of people sharing the building. It is part of a large gated community with a wonderful mixture of expats and locals. The owner made arrangements with the neighbors to assist with check-in and as we were arriving late in the evening. He even stocked the fridge with breakfast goodies so we didn't have to go shopping after traveling all day or get up and try and figure out where things are to get a breakfast in the morning! This condo is an inexpensive taxi ride to wherever you'd like to go so a car is not necessary. If available, we'll definitely be heading back!

Summary: Our stay at Vince’s beautiful condo was amazing! This was our first time in Ecuador and we were very pleased to have such a wonderful ‘home’ away from home to rest and relax at. The condo has all the nice necessities that you need for daily living while providing an outstanding view of the ocean and the peace and tranquility that comes with staying at a 5 star resort. The weight room and the three pools were only a 30 second walk away and the amazing shops and restaurant options were within a quick taxi drive. I highly recommend this beautiful condo if your goal is to unpack and quickly unwind in a gorgeous ocean setting. Thanks again Vince!

Summary: We truly enjoyed staying at Vincent's place he has everything set up perfect for any vacationer wanting all the comforts of home. We have rented in this building many times before, however the experience has never been a better one than as this stay. And amazing views of the Whales on our stay. Usually in the fall. Highly recommended if your going to stay in anywhere in Ecuador!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Vincent was very helpful and informative. He even had someone meet us at the airport and then take us back at the end of our stay. The best thing was the view everyday off the deck. Wow can't say enough about its beauty. We also could see whales blowing from the deck. The complex was quiet the majority of the time except for occasional parties at the clubhouse. The guards were friendly and helpful. We always felt safe. Beach access was only a few steps away and very private. Great stay!
