Experience a holiday like no other on the canals in Exmouth, in this 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private jetty for an 8m boat.
Manta is an appealing, modern villa located in the marina precinct on the canals in Exmouth. The villa has been well appointed with modern furniture, an open plan living area and a deck overlooking the delightful canals of Exmouth.
Manta sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with an ensuite and bath (the spa mechanism is not operational). Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 x king singles. There is a family Bathroom upstairs and a seperate guest toilet downstairs.
The villa is fully self contained with air conditioning throughout, a fully equiped laundry, Fridge/freezer, outdoor dining with BBQ and a private jetty. It is walking distance to Mantarays resort and a short boat ride up the marina into the ocean. Nothing more is needed for the perfect Exmouth escape.
Parking is limited to your two allocated parking bays at the property. One is undercover of the carport and the second bay is next to it. Boats will need to be unhitched from the trailer should you wish to park on the hard (and not use the jetty). There is no additional parking permitted in the surrounding grounds, and space is limited for turnarounds. So should you be bringing a boat of substantial size, you will need to keep it on the jetty.
No pets are allowed on this property.
All linen and bath towels are provided.

Summary: We chose this property because we wanted a jetty for our boat. Seemed to be the most narrow canal in Exmouth but it was the cheapest so cannot complain. It served its purpose and was handy not using the boat ramp each day. House is nice, a few issues which I have sent through and will be dealt with but overall a very pleasant stay. Please note you cannot use your personal wifi to connect to the main Tv for any streaming services. Bummer for the kids. (House does not come with wifi, which we knew prior). Beds were so super comfy! Loved using the webberQ. Thanks for letting us stay.

Summary: Great place overall BUT the ad description is deceiving… there is only one room with an ensuite. Also when they say provisions aren’t provided they mean it… byo toilet paper! House needs a week or two of TLC with the dishwasher, bbq and dryer needing a few easy fixes. Location is 10/10 and overall the place was perfect for us… probably just expected the higher end of things due to the $$$ we spent.

Summary: Was very easy to check in, beds were very comfortable to sleep in , showers were super with alot of hot water , was great having our own jetty for our boat. Driveway if anything was a little tight when reversing the boat and car in - so not a lot of room at the front to really move , but we managed ok. If anything - maybe tint the main bedroom window , which faces the full sun - and the blinds in that room easily let a lot of light in ( especially the cars at night). Overall a lovely place - was a great size for my family and if it wasn’t so overpriced for next year I would have already booked. That’s the only flaw really- pricing is very expensive. Thanks
