Positive: I really liked that the apartment was very spacious with a large terrace, a great private beach, and also the view and the path down to the beach were stunning. Frederick turned out to be a very kind and helpful person.

Positive: The property itself was lovely — spacious, impeccably clean, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a good kitchen to cozy beds and a beautiful common area to relax in. The location was convenient. However, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. It was unnecessarily long and overly complicated, with a series of back-and-forth messages, identity verifications, and unclear instructions that made what should have been a smooth arrival feel frustrating and drawn out. After a long day of travel, the last thing we needed was to spend nearly an hour just figuring out how to get in. The fact that there the place is not manned by anyone did not help us either.. After a few heated exchanges with my husband, we were ultimately let in. The host came and spoke to us the next day saying he would work on the issues. If the host can streamline the check-in formalities, this place would easily get a better star rating.
