Negative: Found out that our balcony door was locked open at 7pm when ready for bed, called reception only to find out that they were already closed, so had to sleep with an unsecured room for the night with my child Also had booked rooms side by side to only find out they were not side by side when checking in

Positive: Massive Rooms with fully functioning kitchen. Very spacious. Nice Outdoor Bar/Restaurant/Pool area. Comfortable bedding, with TV in bedroom. Huge shower, and large modern bathroom. Pleasant staff, and rooms serviced daily.
Negative: Lighting in kitchen area was very dim - difficult to cook in the evening. Huge couch/day bed, which was actually uncomfortable for normal seating, due to it's depth (would be great as extra bedding). Very small TV in lounge room, compared to the other over sized furniture. No washing machine/dryer in the individual units, however there were communal machines provided in separate laundry area.
Summary: A touch of luxury compared to other available accommodation in Exmouth.

Positive: The location was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and staff were very friendly.
Negative: The food was overpriced and small portion size, plus not that great We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with ocean views and it was terribly noisy all night from the wind. They really need double or triple glazed windows. For a 5 star hotel, the pool furniture can be updated. A few of the cabanas were old and broken at the bottom. An easy fix.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, next to the beach. Very comfortable, clean and courteous staff.
Negative: The restaurant food was very good, but a bit overpriced or too small a serving. My wife’s eggplant meal was great. With my pork meal, I didn’t ordered any extras .. I assumed a little bit of greens to be added.
