Summary: No conditioner in the room ask the cleaner to give us extra linen and I told her leave in front of the door if she doesn’t have access , we stayed 2 night

Summary: Nice and local to town. Room was clean but my son dropped a toy under the couch ekkkkk could do with a clean...... Also, the bedroom had no window which was weird but otherwise great place to stay

Summary: During our stay, tradesmen were renovating a downstairs apartment. The noise wasn't too bad, but downstairs and in the adjacement block there were occasional drill and banging sounds. The apartment was clean, but just showing some signs of wear and tear, but everything worked and was modern. Amenities like soaps and great variety of teas and drink included. My only negative would be that the sofa bed was folded out when we arrived and was in the middle of the small living area, taking up almost all of the living room area, and we paid for the "ocean view" apartment, which I think is a bit misleading as it faces the tennis courts and the green area, which is nice, but the ocean is definitely not the predominant view. You can hear the ocean easily but there was another apartment block between us and the ocean and it is this block that was in the photos and I thought we were booking. That block however looked to be almost entirely undergoing renovations. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, top quality and very good price and great service. I would stay there again, but I would be clear about the room and orientation I was booking. ps. could do with some extra blankets in the room, had to leave the heater on overnight.

Summary: Very unclean - bath was dirty. Steam room was dirty as were shower rooms Looked like an old hospital building - the old section. Lots of renovation going on and lifts were full of stuff due to Reno and noise levels bad in morning with workers Only good thing was the view

Summary: Tired hotel. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, good size but definitely dated. Slight delay at check in and we had a knock on the door at 10:02 regarding check out. Location is wonderful right in the heart of Lorne with the beach at your doorstep.
