Summary: Location is great and facilities seem excellent for families and children. We had room 142b. It was located facing into the adjacent road and a tree. Far from the best outlook. The room was not serviced and towels not replaced in the two nights we stayed. The air conditioning unit was noisy and disturbed our sleep so we had to keep turning it on and off to maintain a comfortable temperature and reduce noise. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also noisy and didn’t stop all night. Breakfast was understaffed and consequently there was a persistent build up of used crockery on tables. At one stage the table adjacent to us had about 5 tables worth of cleared crockery sitting on it because staff were not clearing plates and guests were doing it themselves. Our eggs both days were cold and my gf bread was first cooked only one side and then overcooked. All in all the staff did acknowledge my husband’s birthday with a bottle of champagne and a card (all be it a day late) and were generally helpful. Parking was easy. Shops, cafes and restaurants were close by ( I would breakfast there).

Summary: Our room had mould, dust, and the balcony was unusable. Also they advertise a golf putting facility, but all they had was one childs club and 1 golf ball that had been chewed by a Dog! Hardly a selling point...

Summary: Long line to check in. Would recommend not checking in right on 2pm wait a little for shorter lines. Our room didn’t come with a dedicated parking spot so we had to park further away and walk which wasn’t too bad thankfully it wasn’t raining. Room was clean

Summary: The Mantra is made up of a number of buildings, the largest with reception, restaurant, pool and other amenities then appartments doted around the property. I found the grounds to be well maintained. The room was clean but thought the common areas to look a bit tired. The spa which heats the remaining pool with its lava hot water. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Summary: Breakfast was really good with lots of different food to chose from. Only thing I'd like to see change is that they should add some sand to the tennis courts, as it's often raining, can be tricky and dangerous to play a proper match Anyway, really good stay overall
