Positive: The apartments are huge with a beautiful setting overlooking Lake Wakatipu. 20 min walk around the lake into town.
Negative: It was very unloved with old pieces of furniture, bathroom mould, dirty saucepan sand cracked mismatched crockery

Positive: The location of this hotel is fantastic. The views overlooking the lakefront are amazing and by far the best part of this place. Overall this place is very run down and in need of some TLC for it to be worth the price you pay. Staff were very accommodating when we complained about builders drilling and hammering in the apartment next door which started early in the morning. The 2 bedroom apartment was huge!!!
Negative: The apartment was quite run down. The dryer did not work properly and it took us hours to dry our clothes. Also the drawers and cupboards in the bedrooms were very old and the couch was extremely worn out. For the price you pay it is disappointing. There were also no amenities in the kitchen or bathroom like you get in other places.
Summary: Overpriced accommodation with a beautiful view.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious. The view is incredible. The location is a little out of town, but there is a nice lakeside path to walk into the centre, or a 5 min drive. Bonus is the free car parking. For the size and location it would be hard to find better accommodation.
Negative: Nothing. There are stairs to access the property which was not a problem.
