Summary: We were so pleased that this property was true to its listing. The home was cozy and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout allowed plenty of room for our family! Doug responded quickly to all of our communications. The location was convenient to UVM. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Summary: This home is a gem! The kitchen, family and living room are very spacious. The dining area and the breakfast nook area are surrounded by large glass windows so you can enjoy the views of the lawn and meadows The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and the individual air conditioners in each room made it possible to control the temperature. Two and one half bathrooms were greatly appreciated and is rare to find a house in the area with that many bathrooms We used the blackstone grill. on the patio. We were able to charge our electric vehicle in the garage The location is private but close enough to restaurants and shopping areas. The area is beautiful- drive through farms and rolling hillls Doug is very friendly, takes pride in making sure his guests are satisfied with the house. Before our stay he responded to messages promptly and check in was very smooth. He stopped by to make sure everything was ok. So very pleased with this house!

Summary: Our 3 generational family had a great vacation staying at Maple Leaf Acres! The home was beautiful, clean, and located close to all that Burlington had to offer. It was exactly as described, and our host was very helpful. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Acres and look forward to returning in the future!

Summary: This is a beautiful, immaculate and well located home, snuggled within easy access to major ski areas. We are three generations, ages 4-76, who gather for a ski weekend every year. This is by far the most convenient and well appointed rental! You will find the finest quality offered for your enjoyment. Doug is the perfect host We plan to stay here again when we come back to Vermont.
