Positive: As a traveler, the Guest House was good, clean and the location is perfect for me and my family. It is within the city of Tsim Sha Tsui and there are so many tourist spots like the Avenue of Stars, HK Cultural Center, the Tower Clock and the K11 Musea that you can walk for just 5-7 mins. There are so many shopping center, restaurants and souvenir shops within the area. The MTR is just 1 min. walk and the bus station is infront of the Chungking Mansion. The owner is very nice, easy to talk to and she makes sure that her guests are okay and comfortable as well as her staff.

Negative: The elevator going to the Guest House is small. If you travel with a group of more than 7, the others need to wait again. The stair is difficult to use because the Guest House is found on the 12th floor of the building.

Negative: The groundfloor area is very disturbing and messy. Also, we booked for twin bedroom but they put us in a standard room without even giving us a discount knowing that we paid more for the twin beds.

Summary: It is okay. The room is so small that even petite girls like us can't even move inside the room free

Positive: The property is in good location. Accesible to everywhere trains and buses. The receptionist is very accomodating and the owner is also welcoming. They will give you a hand in what you need. Good value for the money.
