Positive: It was easy to call and find out the code. The host stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable. It was a very short walk to the great coffee stand. Even Safeway was really close to get our fridge filled.

Negative: The floors were a little squeaky, but nothing really to complain about.

Summary: The property was easy to find. It was roomy and had everything we could have wanted.

Negative: Let renters know to come to the rear of the building, and that parking is available in back.

Summary: The space was quite clean, the beds a bit soft, Unit 4 is up an exterior flight of stairs.

Positive: As it may be, we did not stay at Maple Leaf. Instead, we stayed at Turning Leaf. Our stay has bin Super!!. So enjoying and comforting knowing we were privileged to have a safe, clean, warm, and comfortable "home" to end the day in. I have had 2 back Surgeries, and just recently, Heart surgery. Our bed was so comfortable! This is our 1st time staying at Turning Leaf, but we look forward to telling our family and friends, and DEFINITELY returning. Thank you so much for an amazing, welcoming, and friendly stay!!!!! Sincerely PAUL

Positive: There were pet waste bags supplied in the pleasantly grassed yard (thank you!). The kitchen was more than adequate, but I was only there for two nights and didn't use much of it. Big TV and one nice arm chair to watch it from.

Negative: Pets are allowed but I would not call this pet-friendly. I was not made aware before reserving that this property did not allow pets on the furniture. Why? I'm paying extra for pet fee for I presume any extra cleaning. Also, what extra cleaning? You're going to vacuum and wash the bedding, right? The furniture was a tough leatherette. What is the concern about a pet on it? My dog found the laminate flooring to be as slick as an ice rink. She quivered in fear literally any time she was required to walk on it and it took me extra time to coax her into bravery to enter the apartment etc. The whole apartment is laminate with no throw rugs except the small living room, which is carpeted. Though there were pet waste bags supplied in the pleasantly grassed yard (thank you!), there was no where to dispose of the used waste bags. No dumpster in back, no bins outside. What was I to do with them? Take them home in my car? Take them inside to the garbage can in kitchen? Weird. And there was an admonishment in the paperwork I was made to sign before my stay that stated my dog would be swabbed and waste genetically tested if I left any. Ridiculous and this didn't happen, and of course I pick up my dog's waste regardless, but no welcoming! I travel with my pet a lot. She is very well trained and well-cared for. BOOKING.COM has become very unreliable in being clear about what their pet-friendly filter means. I have now found that I have to call and make certain a property really will allow my dog, and under what circumstances. Also, the common hallway smelled of marijuana. I'm guessing it was the downstairs unit's odor from those staying there. Not my jam. :( Also, very loud. Bedroom window is feet from a busy arterial with traffic all night. Bedroom has sloping ceiling that makes walking around sides of bed tricky, requiring bending over the bed while sidling in, and watch out for head banging in the middle of the night.

Summary: Fair stay for me, but my dog hated it, and so made my stay stressful
