Summary: The outside did not look like the picture that was posted and neighborhood was not great ! Inside was clean and for the price and for 5 people staying was a great deal. Overall stay was good but when we came back late at night there was some sketchy people in the alley where you park .

Summary: The ground unit was exactly what we needed. Space to relax and a kitchen made our stay manageable and a step of from a hotel. The unit was clean when we arrived and each unit had an off road parking spot. The in unit laundry make it easy to pack light. The house is old, and if tennants are up stairs, the creaking is quite loud, but we were lucky to bring earplugs and it worked out.

Summary: Clean, comfy sofa price was right for what needed. Easy parking. We were able to walk to dinner. Fit our family of 5 for the weekend. Needs a little more seating inside the living space. A little lacking in the kitchen if you are someone looking to cook. No big bowls or enough silverware. Aside from that would sty again.

Summary: We found this to be a convenient, comfortable place to stay during a recent weekend in Spokane. Our unit had two bedrooms (queen and twin bunk), both of which had ample room, as well as a living room and full kitchen. Our only gripe would be the conditions of the floor. In our downstairs unit, the floor was uneven, leading to small "hills". More annoying was that the upstairs floor creaked anytime someone in that apartment walked around. Overall, however, the location near downtown was convenient, and the ability to spread out and cook (relative to a hotel room) made this a nice place to stay.

Summary: The apartment was well-appointed. Clean and stocked. The location was okay, not as walkable as I prefer but it was residential and fairly safe. The bedroom was a bit snug. All in all it was a comfortable place to stay.
