Under new ownership and renovated! This lake-front home overlooks the beautiful, serene Star Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from the large deck overlooking the lake knowing your own private beach is just steps away. Take the motorized raft to the sand bar and enjoy a day of wading or swimming with your family. If you prefer, bring your golf clubs and spend the day on the golf course in town. Autumn on Star Lake is breathtaking while the leaves are turning. During the winter, the wood burning fireplace warming the downstairs family room will be comforting, especially after a day of snowmobiling or ice fishing.
This four bedroom, two bathroom home features one bathroom, one queen bed (overlooks the lake), one double bed, and one set of bunk beds (single/double) on the second floor and a bathroom and double bed on the first floor. There is also a futon that transfers into a double bed for additional bedding if needed. There are three TVs (one 40 inch Roku TV) in the main living room on second floor, one(55inch smart in family room on first floor and one 40 inch in queen bedroom with a DVD player). WIFI is available. The kitchen is stocked with a dishwasher and most of your cooking needs other than your food.
Our motorized floating raft is available along with multiple kayaks, canoes, life vests, dock, beach chairs, toys, gas grill and fire pit (with wood) are all available. Just bring your swim suits, sunscreen and plans for a good time!
For extra space, rent the cabin (Maple Mountain Cabin) next door as well. Together, these properties would be great for family reunions, large gatherings, or groups who want to enjoy the lake and/or the outdoors.

Summary: This property had beautiful views for sunrises and sunsets, stargazing and wildlife watching. The super easy access to the lake with several kayaks and a pedal boat as well as the motorized floating dock allowed for lots of hours on the water relaxing, fishing, and watching the ducks and a pair of loons. We had the space we needed for 5 adults and 6 kids. The home is somewhat older and could use some TLC but it is obvious that the owners have been putting much effort into improving the property and were very accommodating and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a great week. Lots of swimming and spending time with family and friends. The house was perfect for us. My brother was even able to get on the lower deck with his wheelchair
