-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.

-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Summary: We were in town for a college graduation weekend and had multiple generations joining. The house was great for this purpose, as the 3 king sized bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. The house is very clean inside and is accurately represented in the pictures. Beds were VERY comfortable, great to have TVs in each room. The house is misplaced in the neighborhood but it is convenient and easily accessible to everything.

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 4 women that was close to the Indianapolis Convention Center. It was 3.5 miles from the center which was a 13-15 minute drive to a nearby parking garage. The home itself was very well appointed. The furnishings were clean and modern. The 2 upstairs bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for her and body wash for him. Double vanities in both full bathrooms with hair dryers, plenty of towels, and makeup washcloths. A washer and dryer unit was also located conveniently upstairs with detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked with a large refrigerator and built in ice maker, a coffee pot as well as a Kurig with K-pods. We didn’t use the televisions but they were available in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Our only negative was the house next door looked abandoned at first but there was clothing laid out on the back stair rails. A few other homes on the street were also a bit neglected. We were initially worried but in the three nights we stayed we didn’t hear or see anything concerning. We were glad of the garage parking as we could enter through the private back yard. We all agreed that it was a very nice home and we would feel comfortable staying here in the future.

Summary: The property is close to everything you want to get to in downtown Indy. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We had trouble accessing the property upon check-in but the management company worked with us until the issues were resolved. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Indy.

Summary: House large enough for 7 adults, 2 children and a 1 year old. Check in process was not smooth. Issues came up during our stay which were communicated with the property owner, most have been addressed but still waiting for a reply about some safety issues during our stay. Neighborhood is up and coming, not necessarily somewhere you would want to walk around. For the amount of fees and extra costs for everything I wouldn’t rent through this company again. Close to the children’s museum though. Beds comfortable. Overall would not choose to stay here again.

Summary: We were in town for a race and enjoyed our stay. The road was wide enough to bring our race semi down to drop the team off and never had trouble finding a place to park our rental car when needed. We were in and out at all hours of the day and night and never had a problem. We’d stay here again easily!

Summary: We were a little nervous as we drove through the neighborhood to get to the house as the area looks quite run down, but we had no issues. The neighbor lady was very kind. We didn’t walk around though as there is not much to do in the area and we didn’t see people walking around either. For us that wasn’t a problem as we needed a place close to the museum to take all the kids, but you’ll definitely need a car. The house itself was great, spacious and clean. It is an older house that’s been renovated so lots of squeaky doors and stairs so being a noise machine if you’re coming with small kids. They had books and games available for the kids which was great. Communication with the hosts was super easy. Overall we had a great trip!
