Summary: Booked through Expedia however hotel decided to downgrade the room I booked and couldn’t honour what I had actually reserved - also did not lower the price. They did given an upgrade for 1 night and a free tour but don’t think this compensated enough for the mess they caused. If you use a booking agent to make reservation be sure to double check the accommodation they are giving you. Place is lovely though and I would consider staying again.
