Positive: Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff. The layout and design of the room exceeded my expectations. The view was great :) I would highly recommend staying here.

Negative: I would like to go when the renovations are finished, so I can fully enjoy the pool and have a restful night with the blinds open. (There were workers outside, which is understandable, but it changed my experience of the place).

Summary: I loved the room and the staff were amazing :)

Negative: Charged for coffee at the room. Housekeeping didn’t resupply properly-towels and such. Kept going to the front desk for bottle of water.
