Mar y Arena is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Seacrest Beach. The house is decorated in sophisticated, soothing tones and is located on the nature trail. The back porches over look the wooded path and create a peaceful, serene treehouse feeling. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals, or, if grilling is more your style, there is a custom gas grill on the screened back porch. Easy, beautiful walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, or take one of the 4 (adult) bikes for a ride to explore the area. If you have an extra large group, we also manage the house next door!

Summary: This was our second stay, and we are already looking forward to next year! Great home away from home with a quick tram ride to the beach and we loved biking to all the great restaurants and shopping at Rosemary Beach!

Summary: will forever RAVE about this place!! the location, the timing, the house itself, the host! alice was absolutely incredible! she responds quickly, is super helpful, and has the best customer service! she has a great housekeeping team- everything was super clean and fresh. i will 100% be staying at one of alice’s properties again!!!

Summary: We absolutely Loved this house and it’s location! Alice was quick to answer all my questions. The Beach was extremely crowded but we found the public beach by pier park was less crowded and very nice! This home is fully stocked and very clean! We will be back!

Summary: House and host were terrific. The "private beach" was absolutely terrible. It was extremely small and impossibly crowded. Literally had to tiptoe and turn sideways just to move. The large pool was much the same. Wall-to-wall people at all times. Worst experience; lifeguard manager removed the towels and personal belongings from every chair/lounge around the pool if he determined that someone had not been present. This created dozens of extremely hostile confrontations between guests as they did not know or understand why the lifeguards did this. Everyone understood the "no reserving chairs" rule, but we personally left for 20 minutes only to come back and find people sitting in our "former" chairs. Same lifeguard manager was aggressive, immature, and threatened to remove multiple families from using the pool. Ownership needs to address this as well as the inadequate beach and pool and guest ratios. Both pool and beach are impossibly inadequate for the needs of this lovely community.

Summary: The house is well appointed and the kitchen well-stocked. Lots of extras. Clean as a whistle, very responsive host, spacious home. We enjoyed the location between Rosemary and Alys. We rode our bikes everywhere, even to the beach.

Summary: We loved our stay as well as the house! The screened in porch was our favorite room. It was so relaxing and private! The living room/kitchen/dining area was open and a great place for us all to come together. We can't wait to stay again!
