The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with a small but efficient lift) of a Haussmannian building in the Fourth Arrondisement, the Marais. It is virtually adjacent to the Paris Hotel de Ville and is on a major Parisian street -limited to bicycles,buses and trade vehicles.
It is within a short walking distance of many of the sights of Paris (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, the Marais, the Bastille & St Paul - to name a few). It is a five-minute walk across the Seine to the Ile de Cite and the left bank.
The Hotel de Ville metro station is thirty metres from the apartment and there are many Hotel de Ville and Chatelet bus stops providing access to all major stations and most of the sights of Paris.

Summary: Great stay! Superb location - may have been more space than 2 people needed so that's on us. Only one tiny complaint was that the toilet room reminded me of an bathroom on an airplane, almost bump head on the door when sitting down and used the kitchen sink to wash hands since it was tricky to turn around. Host was communicative and Natasha was great for recommendations.

Summary: This apartment has two bedrooms separated by a living room and dining room, so it is quite private between the two sleeping areas. There is a small kitchen which is well equipped. Nothing is fancy in this space, but everything was comfortable. There is only one toilet, in a very small space separate from the shower and laundry area in the foyer. We ate several meals here and cooking was simple in the kitchen. The location is literally above the Hotel de Ville metro stop. The space was very quiet--excellent windows--, despite being on the Rue de Rivoli (no car traffic now except buses and taxis). Walk to the Louvre in 10 min, Notre Dame in 5 min. There is a small elevator, which helps with luggage--the space is on the 4th floor. I would stay here if you are not fussy about having a glamorous accommodation but are looking for nice and easy, close to everything and clean.

Summary: I can't say enough! Natahsa was a wonderful host, she explained everything, gave us tips, and was available to us throughout our stay. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures! It was very well appointed and had so many extras just to make the stay more comfortable. And the location! It could not have been more perfect! Lots of transportation options and very central. As a last note, the wifi was great! Fast and no down times. Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!

Summary: Perfect location for food and shopping. Easy to check in. Very safe. Lift is small but can carry suitcases. Quiet and clean. Perfect resting place for our 10 day stay. Easy walk to metro, notre dame and our favorite breakfast place, Kozy. Perfect for my mom, 10 year old and I. Would highly recommend

Summary: This was a family trip to Paris with my daughters and mother. Natasha met us at the apartment and was very helpful and gracious. The apartment is located within steps of the metro and many restaurants, and stores. Could not have asked for a better location. We were equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and ate at many of the recommended restaurants listed in the welcome packet. We loved our stay!

Summary: Our hosts were wonderful, letting us check in early. The apartment is long with plenty of room between bedrooms, and the 4 of us had lots of space. The location is fabulous, just across the bridge from Notre Dame. Natasza couldn’t have been more helpful.
