Our spacious property is situated within the upmarket, safe and leafy area of Elviria - 2 minutes walk to golden beaches and the renowned 5 star Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach Club, plus a 5 minute stroll from shops, banks and a wide choice of bars and restaurants from pizzerias to fine dining.
Accomodation :
The "wow factor" of our apartment is that it boasts panoramic sea and mountain views and all day sunshine from our huge 2,000sq ft rooftop terrace.
With the recent refurbishment including a brand new kitchen with the most up-to-date facilities - throughout the penthouse is of modern taste, inside you will find a very comfortable residence, with plenty of communal and private space. It represents excellent value for an Elviria beachside location.
Alanda Club:
An added advantage of our penthouse is that it is part of the private luxurious complex of Alanda Club. You will have access to a choice of two outside pools plus a pool suitable for toddlers.
The newly renovated poolside bar and restaurant facilities offer excellent food all day and provide evening entertainment. The resort is located within a secure complex with 24 hour security, and boasts beautiful mature gardens. These are extremely well maintained. The pool and surrounding gardens are very peaceful, despite being a stone's throw from all you could need.

Summary: Our third visit. Great apartment in a super location - short walk to the beach and close to the beach house (beach club) and Nikki beach. Our 3rd visit. New sun loungers on the large terrace were great.

Summary: Wonderful holiday. Exactly as described, great location with proximity to beach and shops / bars over the main road (not to mention the bar within the resort itself). Starting to prefer the east side of Marbella to the banus side. Definitely recommend lunch (and / or day beds) at Nikki beach and beach house, both a very short walk down the beach. A very relaxing holiday, communication from the hosts and greet / show around the facilities from paul was also spot on. Thank you. We’ll return for sure.

Summary: Absolutely lovely apartment!! It is exactly as described on the website in fact the photographs don't do it justice. A really clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, bright and spacious apartment. And the stunning terrace was wonderful and made our holiday! The beach is less than a 5min walk and the pools were all great. Olive and Paul always replied immediately and Paul in Spain made contact several times to ensure everything was ok during our stay. A very professional process and booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning soon!

Summary: So glad we picked this beautiful place!!! The apartment is as described on the website if not nicer! It has everything you need to have a wonderful time. We spent 9 awesome days by the pool(s) and beach and also taking daily trips to surrounding areas. Alanda Club has a great restaurant where we ate, as well as lots others within walking distance from the apartment ( El Laurel- beach side). There is a mini market 5 minutes away as well. Paul is Oliver’s agent on the Coast and he will meet and greet you and help you with anything you need. Our first time in Spain and on the Costa del Sol, and we had a great time! We will definitely be back and we would stay at Oliver’s place anytime!!!

Summary: Fantastic spacious apartment with an amazing view! Lovely new kitchen and bathrooms! Spectacular outside terrace perfect for relaxing and dining! Apartment extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Beautiful surroundings including pools with life guards and so close to the stunning elviera beach!
