Summary: The staff were universally friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. The facility was upgraded and obviously constantly trying to improve. It was a very pleasant, wonderful place to stay.

Summary: Everything was great. Only the dining experience was not so pleasant. Both the dinner and breakfast staff were very unprofessional and unaware of the waiting time for food. It could be better. We have passed the feedback to the manager team. Hopefully, they can improve, as they are 5-star, not 4

Summary: Brilliant staff. Excellent food and all round an excellent hotel. So accommodating and so kind to our daughter who was gluten free. Nothing was too much trouble. Best place I have stayed in Aberdeen. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: Hotel was beautiful but the one thing that lets it down was the service at dinner. No-one was interested in the area I was sitting. No one told me the soup of the day or that there were 4 items unavailable until I was ordering. Couldn’t get anyone to bring the bill. Let down an otherwise lovely hotel.
