Negative: I wouldn't mind having some sun beds and some parasol when going to the beach. We didn't really know if any area around the house was assigned to the appartment, but I guess we could have asked the host if we needed.

Positive: Kind hosts, a clean apartment and there’s everything you need. I looked at many places in the area before booking and honestly this one was the best. There’s a coffee shop and more places near by, a supermarket 10-12 mins walk away from there. It looked exactly like the pics. Great place for couples and families. One minute walk to the sea. I was in winter season - it was still great. It’s little far from places but you can take the bus, take a train from the airport or just come with a car. The people I met there were lovely (more than in Roma in my opinion..) Highly recommend ! :)

Positive: Very good access to the airport, and 30 minutes from Rome city center. A comfortable place with a beautiful view of the sea. There is an air conditioner/heater in each room and a fireplace in the living room - it is very comfortable even in winter. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Washing machine, dryer and iron on site. Lack of parking is not a problem - there are plenty of free spaces on the street in front. Additionally - great contact with the owner
