Summary: Breakfast was very good, but the menu never changed. It would’ve been wonderful to have a small coffee pot in the room. Otherwise, everything was great, the maids cleaned Excellent!!! front desk helpful, location great to get to the train , downtown restaurant.

Summary: Spacious room decorated in stylish old school Italian touches. Spacious bathroom. We slept with windows wide open and did not experience street sounds that others reported. Limited bathroom amenities, so bring your own preferred shampoos and body care. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Location was centrally located and easy access to metro teams and the Milano Centrale train station. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

Summary: The hotel feels like a basic 3-star property. It was clean and warm enough, which made the stay comfortable. The pillows were okay but could have been better. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing, with little variety and food that didn’t feel fresh. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. The location is very good, close to the train station and metro, which is very convenient for getting around Milan.

Summary: Stay was just ok. Taxi service they arranged was terrible and super expensive. At front desk flyer says 90 euros to airport whereas driver charged 150 euros whereas as meter showed much less
