Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was great...easy walking distance to the park. The shower in the room was also good with great water pressure and a rainfall showerhead. The staff were also extremely patient with us answering all our questions, providing tickets to attractions and arranging a taxi to the airport.
Negative: Well to be honest, although the room itself was presentable the rest of the hotel certainly left a lot to be desired. Carpets throughout the hotel were filthy and stained beyond belief. A pool was featured prominently in all their advertising and was certainly a factor when I booked the hotel. Needless to say I was shocked when I saw the pool was empty and probably had not been used in sometime. In my opinion the hotel could undergo a complete renovation from top to bottom. The breakfast was free but not to our liking as there were no North American options available. Also a fridge in the room would have been nice.
Summary: Hotel in need of a complete overhaul

Positive: Location 10 minutes away on foot from the forest park. Plentiful breakfast, important before long walk days.
Negative: Getting a bit run down at places. Our room had a bad smoking smell, and we were lucky they had spare rooms to swap.
Summary: Convenient for the location.

Positive: Exceptionally kind staff who facilitated my request for a late checkout for some extra payment which allowed me a wonderful time in the national park. The shower is wonderful. The brilliant reception staff arranged a lift for me with the hotel Manager to the airport, simply wonderful hospitality and thank you for your kindness. All the best with everything.
Negative: This is not a criticism but the breakfast is quite traditional. Certainly tasty however. If you would like coffee there are several coffee shops nearby.
Summary: Warm and friendly staff - thank you!
