Positive: Food was great in the buffet and snack bars Loved the private beach the pools and the splash park. The staff was great and helpful.
Negative: The window of the room has a very annoying feature the shuts down the a/c immediately the second you open it, there should be at least a one minute timer. It's also difficult to open it.
Summary: Great food and pools. Annoying window in room.

Positive: The staff here work incredibly hard and are always willing to help with a smile. The food is decent, though the main buffet can feel a bit repetitive after a few days, despite the hotel's efforts to change the menu. A major plus is that you can always find snacks and food available around the pools and throughout the property.
Negative: The hotel facilities are quite basic and definitely do not meet the standards of a true 5-star resort. We were particularly disappointed by a €90 "bottle fee" required just to sit in the only lounge pool area that offered comfortable sofa chairs and a nice ocean view. Additionally, the kids' club is very basic with limited operating hours. The pool areas are crowded, noisy, and suffer from a severe shortage of lounge chairs. If you are searching for a high-quality, relaxing getaway, this property does not live up to the expectations set by other hotels we have stayed at around Paphos.

Positive: Well designed, lovely staff. Great resort and very good food multiple possibilities.
Negative: The beach was not welcoming, not standard shore. We had a very bad mold smell out of the AC and not worked well (cooling). On the first night we complained and house keeping arrived and could do nothing. Asked for maintenance but did not arrived. We loved the room so did not care much. We leaved with it, cause all other facilities were great.
Summary: Lovely hotel. Great for kids.

Positive: הדבר הכי טוב במלון הזה הוא השירות. קשובים להכל, מיד באים לסדר ולתקן ונענים לבקשות. מעבר לזה האוכל טוב ומגוון, הרבה בריכות מסודרות ואין באמת צורך לצאת מהמלון.
Negative: זה לא ממש מינוס, אבל כן היו בעיות בחדר - המזגן טפטף וקיבלנו את החדר באיחור קל. בכל מקרה הכל תוקן ופיצו אותנו מהר מאוד על אי הנעימות. מי שמחפש למאת מהמלון, הוא לא ממוקם קרוב לעיר.
