Positive: The communication was great and helpful. The views are beautiful. The location is excellent. Close to shops and two nice areas for swimming. Excellent restaurants a short walking distance away or some downstairs. I liked the bed and that there was an extra pillow for sitting up/reading.

Negative: The shower door can do with an upgrade. The drain is smelly but l think it’s a wider problem as l got the same whiff outside. It’s not so bad that you cannot stay there but someone should raise it with the council to see if anything can be done. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t work but there is a good airflow through the house so it didn’t matter.

Summary: We will happily return.

Positive: The location and the view from the balcony were exceptional.

Negative: There was no air conditioning so had to leave the window open at night and we were bitten by mosquitoes. We were there two weeks and the bed linen was not changed I would have changed it myself if there was a spare set left for us. We were only give one small bath towel and one hand towel each for the two weeks which meant I had to keep washing them (not my idea of a holiday) Also there was no beach towels so we had to buy two. The shower door came unhinged every so often so this needs to be fixed.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay in El Cotillo very much however we would not stay in 24 again unless the issues were resolve

Positive: Beautiful view, amazing terrace fully equiped. Big living room, nice bedroom. To soft matterace for me, but this is a matter of taste.

Negative: Unpleasent smell from kitchen sink, but this not depends on owners.

Positive: The location is fabulous with views over the pool and beach, restaurants located on the ground floor of the complex a short 5 minute stroll into the centre to other restaurants. Fabulous balcony/ terrace very very large. We had a fabulous time and Rafa is a great host and very prompt at responding to questions etc. thoroughly recommend!
