Positive: This is a very familiar hotel for us and we have stayed here many times. We like the location as it's near to Kantoui which can be accessed via walking along the beach or a tourist path. Kantoui has several shops, cafes and a marina and taxis are easily accessible from here too. The hotel staff have always been friendly and remember us. The food has been of a good standard and the Seaview room is one of the best in Sousse area.
Negative: This time we noticed that a lot of the staff that we knew here had gone and had been replaced by still friendly people but the familiarity had gone. The hotel didn't seem to be as clean. On other visits we had seen the lovely female cleaners cleaning the pool area early every morning and the beach area seemed cleaner then too. The food in the restaurant seemed a lot more basic this time with less choice ( maybe due to the high cost of groceries now).
