Mari Sol is a lovely relaxing villa with a private pool, on a quiet estate in Ocean City and is just 20 yards from the cliff edge and has stunning sea views. The property is a modern high quality design and has been finished to a high standard and provides everything needed for the perfect holiday in Barbados.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have en suite bath rooms. The master suite consists of a large Queen size bed, and Mahogany quality bedroom furniture. This bedroom has bi-folding doors that open back to bring in the super sea view and onto a balcony..
All the bedrooms have 32 inch Samsung Smart TV's connected to the internet and prepared for internet TV .You will also have access to network Lacie 4TB media drive that has over 300 films, TV series and music to suite most tastes.
The lounge and Kitchen is open plan and has sea views. Again there bi-folding doors that open back to take maximum enjoyment from the stunning sea views. The Kitchen is fully equipped and contains all you need to prepare a banquet, or a simple refreshment.
The lounge living area is, complete with a 42 inch Samsung SMART TV, NetFlix, telephone (free calls to local land lines and mobiles), and high-speed internet WiFi throughout the villa.
The lounge leads out onto a balcony that leads to the pool and Garden, The balcony sitting area always has gently refreshing sea breezes - just perfect for those lazy days and nights. The balcony area can be set up for al-fresco dining, overlooking the private pool , garden and enjoys stunning sea views. There is also a private drive offering secure parking.
Ocean City is a beautiful, peaceful location, far away from the crowds.
Guests are provided with an island guide and maps, as well as our own personal recommendations gathered from our many visits over the years. In addition, our highly praised friendly staff who help to manage and maintain the villa, will do all they can to make your stay in Barbados enjoyable and restful. Our property manager will discuss any requirements you may have and will always be on hand to help with any queries or recommendations you may need. She can even arrange your very own private Bajan chef to come to the villa. Any additional services you may wish to use will be charged locally.

Summary: On a very hot island ocean breezes is a must and located on top of a cliff that’s exactly what we had so that we did not have to run air conditioning during the day. Beautiful views, spacious house and a fantastic pool to keep us comfortable for six weeks. A vehicle is definitely a must for this location and well worth it. Located in a quiet neighbourhood to relax and enjoy the sound of crashing waves below. Perfect.

Summary: It is a beautiful location with the breeze from the sea offsetting the heat nicely. The pool was cold but also welcome against the heat of the day. A car is a must if you want to see the rest of the island and visit the many beaches on the west coast. We had a happy couple of weeks here and would highly recommend it.

Summary: We stayed in this property for 10days and we had a fabulous stay. The view is absolutely spectacular and even though the property is listed as sleeping 6 the hosts were more than happy for our grown son to join us also who had been a later addition to our booking. Cecily was very accommodating and had made up an extra bed for him. We would definitely stay here again. A beautiful spacious property with added benefits of the view and private pool.

Summary: The house is lovely. It is exactly as listed in VRBO. A car would be an asset but the grocery store was walking distance for an able adult. The pool is great. We were surprised to spot whales in the distance on a couple of occasions. The area is very quiet and safe. Peter and Linda are great hosts. It was a very enjoyable holiday.

Summary: Beautiful, well furnished apartment located on the sea front. The breeze was continuous and amazing. Bedrooms were spacious with adequate cupboards and each had their own toilet and bath. Peter was pleasant to deal with and addressed our concerns promptly. A car is definitely a necessity, but property is minutes away from the airport and gas stations with convenience stores and deli. Beaches, malls, groceries, Oistins, Accra are less than 30 minutes away. We did have some issues with the apartment though: internet connection was unstable at times, shower heads didn't give comfortable showers, no large pots to cook meals, should have shower curtains to minimize wetting of bathroom, should be able to lock external gates. We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it.

Summary: We had a girls week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular and the house has everything you need. I would also recommend renting a car as it is in a lovely quiet neighborhood but far from restaurants and the beach

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this villa, it was so convenient to get to from the airport, approx. 10 min drive. The villa has everything you need, as a family we made use of the oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A little TLC is required to get the villa looking fantastic again. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. We happened to be there through storm Dorian and Linda and Peter were very supportive. We had an issue with the pool but this was resolved upon our return. Overall, I would recommend this villa. The folding doors allow you to lie in bed looking out over the ocean, You cannot do that in Huddersfield!

Summary: From the initial enquiry, right throughout our stay, the communication was on point. We were greeted promptly by Cecily, who showed us round. The property was very comfortable for our group (2 adults and 2 children). It is very well equipped with everything you will need to have an enjoyable holiday. And it's the little extras that really help, like providing beach towels and folding chairs that you can take to the beach. Whether you are exploring the island or staying in (we did both), you will not be disappointed. There were a couple of minor issues, but the communication was excellent and these were resolved very quickly. The location is breathtaking and the breeze off the Atlantic is much appreciated on the balcony and around the pool. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I hope to return in the future.
