Positive: Good location for both the town and the beach. Maria resort was very clean, had gorgeous views, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the pool area was lovely!

Positive: The accommodation is very nice with an excellent view of the sea, the environment is very peaceful and you sleep great. The hotel is family-run and everyone works as a family in it, which is noticeable because everyone is very nice, kind and hospitable, they helped us in everything. We will probably come again next year.

Positive: Great place near the town, with a beautiful view and great facilities. The room was clean. There was safe parking for your car and a great pool. Also you have to try their kitchen, it was very tasty.

Positive: The room was beautiful, very clean. Bed very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or restaurant as end of season and were informed a lot of selection not available which was fine as we had plans for the week anyway. We didn't have a huge deal of interaction with staff but when we did, they were all lovely and friendly. Beautiful view from our room and a stunning walk down to Parga old town and on to new town. The area gives a vibe of safeness and calmness. The locals are so friendly and relaxed. The area is not overly 'touristy' and 99% of the people we chatted to from Britain had been returning to Parga for 10 year+ which says a lot about this beautiful place. Maria is the perfect spot for anyone wanting to be away from the hustle & bustle yet still have interaction as everyone visiting the bar and pool area were chatty and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: Nothing negative to say about the Maria. My only slightly negative point to make, the walk down was ok but climbing back up was a no no after a few local beers and ouzo's so we got a taxi back up each day (set @ 6EUR with all taxi's on the rank). If you have any mobility issues, bear this in mind. I was aware of this before going and knew the taxi situation from reading other reviews so wasn't an issue but something to keep in mind.
