Summary: I was inconvenienced more than once, b/c my key was malfunctioned. However, the issue was later addressed and was fixed. The manager was extremely nice and apologetic, and gave me a refund for 1 of my rooms. Clean big rooms.

Summary: Beautiful place on a gorgeous island. The hotel rooms are large and our view was breathtaking! Comfy beds. Cold AC. We loved it and would stay again!

Summary: Loved our large lanai with ocean view and watching the ferries and sailboats come and go. Spacious room that we had to plug in refrigerator and microwave. There was a drumming group next-door that went a bit late. It was kind of fun at first. During the day it was a driving school. Also music with a big base beat until 2:30 am on Friday night. Loved the botanical gardens within walking distance. Convenient to restaurants close by. Great ocean views from hotel outdoor dining room. Food was okay.

Summary: Was central to ferry and charter catamaran docks. Also shopping close by. Good for connecting with cruise lines as well.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The pool should have a handle/railing near the steps. I slipped on the wet tile and injured myself. I’m okay, but could have been worse.
