Positive: The hotel has a fantastic location with stunning mountain views, and at night, you can enjoy stargazing. It's a historic and charming place with all modern amenities. Dining options are available on-site, which is especially convenient in winter when the road is snowy and people with sleds walk along it. Our room, number 31 (Superior Double with Mountain View), was a pleasant surprise with a bathtub.
Negative: I would have given a 10, but the expectations for the Superior Double with Mountain View were slightly different. The photos on Booking.com showed a different room, not number 31. Everything was fine, but what we expected was not what we found, even though the room did have a bathtub, which wasn’t initially mentioned.

Positive: Breakfast was tasty - no hot food or coffee from a machine but tasty nonetheless. Variety of fruit, yogurt, bread, meats, cheeses etc. The free sleds provided by the hotel are a great way to spend your time and there are plenty of runs around. The sunrise in the morning is also fantastic (weather provided!). The shuttle bus was very accommodating and the staff were very helpful.
Negative: Nothing! Perfect stay.
Summary: Excellent in every way. The location is second to none - lovely views and loads of hikes around.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful accommodation in a fabulous setting. Amazing winding road led to lots of walks in surrounding countryside and superb views. Very friendly, helpful staff and good food.

Positive: Exceptional staff with warm hospitality and accommodating our requests. Property in gorgeous location, beautiful and serene place, great views! Toboganning from here is super easy and all arranged for.
Negative: Google Maps usually shows the toll road for drive from Innsbruck to this hotel which costs 11 euro for every pass through, but there is another way to avoid it (can ask hotel).
Summary: Highly recommended, like staying in top of Innsbruck!
