Summary: We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

Summary: For being 5 stars hotel, the breakfast and service at the restaurants was somewhat poor. Not soundproof you could hear guests running around in the room above at 11pm Good thermal bath and nice staff in general.

Summary: It was one of the best stay we had anywhere in the world. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. SPA is the best experience. Hotel takes care of you from the point you park your car in front of hotel till you leave.

Summary: I like the cleanness, i like the spa Area close to shopping area. I didn't like that the staff don't speak minimum English and they got frustrated when not understanding. I didn't like the staff of spa overlooking guest all the time and being strict on every rule specially with kids.
