Summary: Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark was a good host with answering questions i had before arrival to checking in with us during our stay. Definitely recommend Marilyn's place for your stay!

Summary: My husband and I stayed 4 nights while we checked out The Villages. This house was exactly as described and had every little thing we could have needed! Mark answered all our questions quickly, and even arranged guest passes for us. Golf cart was a great bonus!

Summary: Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there.
