Positive: It’s an interesting neighborhood, many shops, good lakeside view. Their staffs are helpful and speak good English. Room and hotel in overall are comfortable. Their balcony is pretty big. Breakfast was simple but great.

Positive: Last minute decision to visit this part of Switzerland and found this property while searching booking.com. It seemed very nice based on reviews and the room rate seemed acceptable. All an understatement. We loved the quaint town of Lachen and were absolutely delighted with the Marina Lachen, our waterfront room, the dining options and experiences, and especially the front desk personnel we interacted with most, Laura and Marc. They were both very helpful welcoming and very welcoming…as were those in the restaurants we encountered. What a wonderful experience to conclude our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Negative: Nothing. There are always things one might want or wish for, but for us we were delighted with it all.
