Located on the 1st floor 1 without lift of a secure residence, it has 4 beds (2 Adults and 2 Children or Teenagers), to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. The closed private car park is at your disposal to park during your stay and explore the area on foot.

Location: close to the beach (800 m), and the shops and restaurants of the Plage Sud district. This Marina is located on the left bank of Grau du Roi between:
the Fishing Port where you can discover local life, watch the passages of the trawls returning from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up sales stalls along the Quai Colbert in the city center...
and the 1st marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed to prepare for Paris J.O. 2024.
