Positive: The area had an abundance of cafes and restaurants within short walking distances. The skywalk provided easy walking access to the city centre. Car parking safe and secure. Apartment was well equipped. Instructions for key pickup etc very detailed.

Negative: Breakfast not included. Strange smell when entering the apartment (coire mats ?). Noise from the cruise terminal area and vehicles from a public carpark opposite spoilt any thoughts of serenity.

Summary: Very pleasant stay.

Positive: We had a great view from our balcony to the harbour and could see the famous Darwin sunsets. The apartment had everything we needed including a Welcome bottle of wine and some chocies. It was in a very quiet location and a short stroll to the waterfront precinct where there are many bars, cafes and restaurants. Some nights we ate in the restaurant below our apartment and the food was great. After being out and about in the Darwin heat and humidity, the apartment was a cool and inviting place to rest and recover. In addition, we had a hire car we could park in the basement car park in the space allocated to the room. Keeping the car undercover and close by was a real bonus.

Negative: There was a bit of a problem with information about what to do when departing the property which should have been with the initial documentation. Things like requesting a late checkout and where to leave the keys to avoid a possible fine ($50) should have been included but was sent to our home email address and we did not receive it until we arrived home.

Summary: Sunsets from the balcony. A wonderful Darwin holiday in a great apartment and location.
