Marina Views is a spacious, secure townhouse located in a private complex of two. This townhouse can comfortably accomodate 7 adults with generously sized bedrooms, living, dining and entertainment areas.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all of your dining and entertainment needs.
Upstairs living area includes water views, AUSTAR, DVD player and stereo.
Large master bedroom with en-suite, walk-in robe and kitchenette. Master bedroom opens out to private veranda and plunge pool
Upstairs bedrooms include built-in robes and rear balcony access. One upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed while the other contains two king-single beds to accommodate for couples and singles. Upstairs bathroom(no toilet in bathroom) with separate toilet.
The study has been converted into the 4th bedroom (smallest room) to accommodate a single bed.
Timber decking balcony with outdoor setting and barbeque hot plate, overlooking marina and your own private plunge pool
Double garage, fully air-conditioned and security access.
Located within a short driving distance to Darwin City (2-3km's), Convention Center, Wharf Precinct and Wave Pool and the regular local markets.
Central location for staying within Darwin or for exploring the Top Ends National Parks and other tourist attractions.
Our standard check in time is 2.00 pm and standard check out time is 10.00 am. Late check out or early check in is available only if it doesn't clash with other bookings.
Please Note we can provide you with WiFi Modem for your use, however you will be required to purchase credit through the provider to be able to access the internet.
This house is in a residential area in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your holiday and please accord the normal consideration and respect you would offer your own neighbors NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS ALLOWED.
Please note:This is not a serviced home however house cleaning can be arranged for long stays for $40 P/H minimum 3 hour service.

Summary: This is a lovely property suited to families with older children/teens due to the stairs. We had all we needed for our short stay. It is a short drive 10min to the CBD.

Summary: Well equipped property, great location and helpful owners. We loved the pool. The internal stairs were a minor issue for our very young children because there is no gate at the top, but we still enjoyed it and would recommend to others.
