should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.

Summary: Had a great few days away, beautiful location, such a nice view of the marina sitting on the balcony. Pub x cafe 2 minute walk away and short drive into Busselton.

Summary: Lovely location- will need a car to drive into town. Secure parking. Two teenagers & plenty of space for us all. Pub & cafe close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: We had a such a wonderful time! It was like being on a houseboat without it moving! The water was calming and peaceful and our holiday began the moment we sat on the balcony with our first cup of tea! We saw dolphins swim past and there was bird life galore ! The accommodation was functional,clean and very comfortable! Thanks for a great little break ! MJ

Summary: Property was well positioned with beautiful views across the marina. House was well appointed with everything provided. Area was quiet and we loved just relaxing on the verandah at the end of the day. Our large car only just fitted into the garage. We enjoyed our stay and will possibly look to stay there again at some stage. Thank you

Summary: The property was clean and well presented. It was very convenient to have our own jetty where we had our boat tied to it. The kids also enjoyed the kayaks that were available and they also had fun fishing from the jetty. All and all it was really fun to stay at this property.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The photos were accurate and it's a peaceful location on the marina. Appreciated the quick and easy communication with Davina. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and ideas for sightseeing and places to eat were much appreciated.

Summary: This is a well-equipped, comfortable property that suited our family of 6. We enjoyed the marina views and the jetty and the short walk to the local restaurant. My teenagers were looking forward to a sleep in and found that they were awake with the sun at 6.30am, as there were no blinds on the windows. Apart from this we could not fault the house and communication with Davinia was excellent.
