Positive: Helpful staff, nice breakfast overlooking a sea view, cheap price with breakfast included, neat and tidy room, picturesque seaside locality with a forested shrine reserve to walk up. Retro in a generally good way.

Negative: The elevator smelt of chemicals. I initially thought i was booking a room with a sea view but given it was a last-minute booking it was probably the last room available and my window faced a concrete embankment on the other side. It was a smoking room too I think but this didn't affect me. The area is a five-minute drive from convenience stores and there aren't any shops nearby.
