Positive: I liked the swimming pools and indoor play space for kids.
Negative: To be honest, my experience with the staff was mixed. Some were very friendly and welcoming, while others came across as unhelpful and dismissive. There were also discrepancies between the amount I expected to pay and the final charge. I would recommend paying in euros rather than another currency to avoid any unexpected costs. In addition, there was no wine opener provided in the room, which would have been a useful amenity.
Summary: Good facilities overall, but the customer service fell short of expectations.

Positive: Ideal for traveling with kids. The meal times went super fast as one could only grab food, eat and go. The food was fine. The room was great. The staff were fantastic.
Negative: The pools are too cold to enjoy this time of the year and apart from the cold pool there is nothing else (i.e. playground) for small kids to enjoy so that the parents can really relax. It would benefit the hotel a lot to have at least the kids pool, which is small, heated.

Positive: Plenty of kids entertainment. Walking distance to the beach. Food was good for half board.
Negative: Kids splash pool too cold for the 23 degrees outside. We used wetsuits or went to the beach as sea water was warmer.
Summary: Very good location, great entertainment. Kids loved it.
