Summary: Clean room, great location. Reception staff (apart from one lady) not helpful and did not explain amenities or eager to provide help. Had to go multiple times to ask for interconnecting rooms to be opened.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location just across the street from the main train station. Plenty of places to eat. 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. There’s a hop on hop off bus you can take that’s 10 minute walk from the hotel. The pool is clean but cold. My only complaint was the pillows. They’re flat. I needed 3 just to get me comfortable. The bed is comfortable though. Overall our 5 day stay was enjoyable.

Summary: Great location for train travelers just 100 metres from the Hofbahn sud exit. Staff very helpful though no mention of the pool upstairs. Aircon was great and shower excellent. Outside the hotel the area is a bit edgy but really not a problem

Summary: The Location of the hotel is excellent for Travel, but being near the Hauptbahnhof it was a bit seedy with a strip club and casino next door. The staff was superb, especially at reception. The room was a bit tired, but the cleaning staff did a superb job. The breakfast was always crowded and you have to get there before 9 am if you want plenty of choice. Overall, a great stay especially for the price.

Summary: Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. We were able to check in early for 1/3 of the room rate. Right down the street from train/ subway.

Summary: The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a deep tub for soaking and nice shower. The air conditioning worked but did not throw out enough cold air, had to get a fan. The mini fridge was well stocked with drinks and water Would stay again!!! The pool was good too
