Great location on 6 acres with a pool, hot tub, and a lot of entertaining space both indoors and out! Experience relaxation and fun in our spacious 6-bedroom home designed for entertaining. The large living areas provide plenty of room for games and socializing. Outside, enjoy the pool, hot tub, and fire pit area on our peaceful 6-acre property. You can often see deer as you enjoy your sunrise coffee on the very large balcony. Just a short walk away, Lake Grapevine offers scenic views and fun trails. The Lakeside Restaurant area in Flower Mound is only a short drive away. Take a quick drive to Grapevine to explore wineries or enjoy the festive atmosphere. It is close to the Christmas Capital of Texas, as well as, many outdoor festivals. This home is ideal for large family gatherings or group retreats and is the perfect blend of comfort and proximity to local attractions.

Summary: The Marlin House is a wonderful and spacious oasis. Walking in the front door took my breath away. We enjoyed all of the amenities ( the pool, the ping pong table, the pool table, the deck and outdoor seating). My family loved the experience so much that they are planning another gathering next year. Thank you!

Summary: This house is HUGE! I mean, way bigger than the photos suggested. We enjoyed the large kitchen and many large gathering spaces. We mostly stayed in the area, visiting Flower Mound and Grapevine and this is a great location. The house could go for a better cleaning; there was trash in some trashcans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, lots of leftover food in the fridge and one tub went unused as it was not clean at all. Since there is a steep cleaning fee, I expected cleaner.

Summary: Stayed here with our five children, their spouses and our two grand babies and it was perfect for us. Each family had their own private spaces/bedrooms and the big, gathering spaces were perfect for games, conversations and our family Christmas celebration. Alyse was great to work with. We also enjoyed setting up a top notch bucket golf course around the property the perfect spot for family fun!

Summary: This house was perfect for us and our adult children that had toddlers and preschoolers. We also had some teenagers. The way the rooms were laid out was perfect for this kind of trip. Many of the rooms are attached to each other by doors and share bathrooms. This is great for smallChildren to be able to sleep in their own beds but in very close proximity. We weren’t able to use the pool area due to the time of year but it looked very nice. The area was very close to many parts of Dallas we chose to visit. Lots of restaurants and shopping also very close.

Summary: unprotected stairs without handrails making it dangerous for mobile children and older people. Otherwise big place with ample space. Comfortable beds, nice fixtures, very clean.

Summary: The house was beautiful and spacious with lots of room to hang out altogether. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great and the location was great being near everything you need but feeling like you’re in the country. Only warnings, the yard has sharp stickers and the house has a lot of stairs so just be careful with little ones. The hosts were wonderful though and very responsive to anything you need.
