Summary: The hotel itself was great! The amenities were awesome, I enjoyed the pool and the M Club access was a great perk. I did not like that the staff did not charge my parking correctly when checking in. I had a hard time getting out of the parking lot upon check out.

Summary: We stayed here for one night while we were in town for a concert, and we had a great experience! Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely maintained, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was good, although I wish they had a little more variety since some of the food would go pretty quickly. The waiter was sooo kind, attentive, and helpful, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to the manager and the entire front desk team for being so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcomed. For a one-night stay, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again! ❤️✨

Summary: After a frustrating experience with our original reservation at the Queen Mary, we booked the Marriott last minute around 8:30 p\.m\. We arrived exhausted, hungry, and completely defeated—and the Marriott staff immediately turned our night around\! From the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond, even though our frustration had absolutely nothing to do with them\. The manager personally came to our room, offered us a much nicer balcony room, and even helped carry our bags\! Every person we encountered—from the front desk to the coffee shop, bartenders, and servers—was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating\. What started as a terrible evening ended with an amazing stay\. **This is what exceptional customer service looks like\! We will absolutely be back next time we’re in Long Beach\!**

Summary: Wonderful 3 night stay for my daughter and I. The room was clean and felt updated. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning of our stay and so many places were within walking distance it was such a good time! Only downside is they’re jacuzzi was broken our entire stay so that was the one amenity, and coincidentally the only amenity I really wanted to use and did not get a chance to.
