Summary: During our stay there was a Pokémon convention taking place downstairs. Overall, a good experience but a bit more crowded than we were expecting. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Nice (and large) gym!

Summary: No hand soap in the bathroom out first day, had to go into shower and get body wash to wash Second day room had been serviced but the beds not made There for convention and no lunch available on site. Trash not removed after the first day so it was overflowing when returning for the 2nd day When returning the 3rd day the garbage bag was removed but not replaced took 2 hours to finally get one Convention full of women and public bathrooms had stalls out of order. No soap in dispensers Enjoyed the convention but facility support was awful. Won’t be back
