Summary: There was only one towel in the bathroom. When we checked in we asked for another since we had an event to get to and it wasn't sent to us. I went down to get it and was told it would come.

Summary: Clean and spacious room, bedding was comfortable. However, the premises kept the AC running at an amazing 67 degrees in the middle of the winter, making common areas like the restaurant and hallways unbearably cold. That was insane, and staffing agreed and stated they have complained to maintenance at no avail.Gym was decent

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable until you looked out the window and it was so dirty. Also, one night a flock of parrots landed on the window sill and kept us up all night. I’m sure that’s not the first time.

Summary: The beds were uncomfortable, the staff is friendly, but i had to request the room be cleaned many times. If cleaning is not done daily, what is the point of staying in a hotel?? They over charge for valet parking and provide no other option. Location is great, rooms are remodeled, but beds are old and in bad shape.

Summary: The MArriott Experience id First Rate and First Class. The Marriott staff was extremely pleasant and accomodating in every way. I travel several times a month and 90% of the time choose Marriott because of the value we receive in staying @ their different hotels.

Summary: Bad communication between front desk and Valet regarding Valet cost. Front desk told me price fluctuates daily between $32-$39 and that my cost each day would be based on that daily rate. At checkout Valet told me set price $39 each day. Disappointed in the miscommunication.
