Summary: We had an incredible anniversary night at Lakeshore Reserve. We were only able to stay one night, but they let us have access to the property facilities and amenities early. We are already planning our next stay!

Summary: I checked in and was asked about parking I did not have a car After check pout I looked at bill and I se a daily parking charge There is no excuse for this!!!!! I will call the front desk this morning and see about reversal of charge There is a problem with your systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
