Positive: Breakfast was tasty. The dining room was beautiful with original woodwork, lovely dishes, and wonderful conversation with other guests and our server. Breakfast will be even better when the facility has permission to use its kitchen to cook.
Negative: A few more menu options would have been nice. Food choices were limited.
Summary: Martha’s is a gorgeous old mansion in a lovely part of Lincoln and provided a very comfortable stay.

Positive: Martha’s B and B is beautiful. We were delighted with the gorgeous neighborhood and it was very peaceful. It was an exceptional value. Communication with our host was excellent. We loved sitting out on the beautiful front porch in the evening.

Positive: The charm of this home was exceptionally spectacular, the photos do not do it justice. I could not find a SPECK of dirt, dust, or stray hair anywhere- 11/10 for cleanliness! The host was kind and welcoming. We stayed in the Marilyn Room and thought it was absolutely stunning, the bathroom had modern updates and it was large enough to fit a pack and play and a couple air mattresses if needed! This was in August, the temps that day were in the 90's, yet for being on the 3rd floor, the room was nice and cool. It was a 10 minute drive to Memorial Stadium.
Negative: There was not a single thing I would have changed about this stay.
Summary: Extremely clean, gorgeous original features and character galore!
