Summary: Very good location in the center of lovely Leuven. The hotel room did not have a shower and the water burnt us severely several times. The air condition didn't work and the staff didn't really care. After 3 complaints the hotel manager came to the room and tried to convince me that it was a "very silent" aircon. He didn't offer an explanation as to why it also was a very hot aircondition... I was also surprised there was no gym. All in all not a hotel I would recommend at all.

Summary: Great location, friendly staff, spotless and comfortable rooms. I loved sitting out in the garden in the evening for a beer and the breakfast was tasty!

Summary: Large room and great bathroom. Breakfast not worth it, many restaurants in short walking distance. Staff was great and stay was fine, but room needs an update. Furniture dated and shows signs of wear. Wish there was a restaurant, the bar menu is terrible, no food cooked fresh on site. They could grow herbs and edible flowers in the ‘cloister’ area for meals made fresh on site. That would truly be eco-sustainable.

Summary: The Hotel is a nice hotel but the drain was blocked in the shower and took ages for the water to go. Had to shower quick! Also the floor wasn’t clean in the bathroom.

Summary: Beautifully clean and well-maintained hotel in a quiet street near the old centre of Leuven. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms spotless. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the hotel bar well-stocked with a good ambiance. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had some issues as the reservation was in the old part of the monastery in a nice cosy characteristic room. We got a modern standard room. After making a complain and some discussion this was solved.The photos on the website are not representative, only a few rooms are in the old part. Don’t count on New Year’s party as the bar closes on 11.00 pm. Shower in the bad tube is a bit old fashioned Service level for a 4 star rated hotel a bit under what one would expect. Location is okay!
