Positive: Lovely room overall. Nice and clean and comfortable. Plenty of space too. The lobby area was nice & decorated beautifully for Christmas, the staff were outstanding. We loved the kids club - such a nice space. Our nearly 2 year old could’ve stayed all day. The Resturant was also excellent. We had two lunches and two breakfasts here- all great experiences. They cater to children so well.

Negative: There’s not much. One thing , that was my fault for not looking, no bath in the studio rooms. I just assumed it would have one being a family hotel- next time I’d be aware of this !

Positive: The hotel apartment, as well as the whole hotel, is spotlessly clean. The staff were so courteous and helpful and the breakfast meals were good. The apartment had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, cooker, bathrobes and there were also 2 heated swimming pools - one indoors and one outside (which unfortunately was too cold to use in November). The whole hotel is very, very impressive and its only 10 minutes walk from Oriente metro, which is 4 stops from the airport. Will definitely return!

Negative: The only small issue was the cold water in the showers in the swimming pool area.

Positive: Beautiful, brand new hotel with amazing facilities in the quiet location. The breakfast has a variety of options and the quality of food is on the high level. One can select a time for room cleaning- morning or afternoon- and it will be kept. The personal is very attentive and helpful - the room upgrade and a birthday surprise were really appreciated 😉 thank you so much

Negative: There is a limited number of sun beds near the outdoor pool - we would recommend to put more on the green area around.
