Negative: At the territory of the hotel there are many dogs sometimes agreessively barking at you. Boiler water at the reception is not always hot.

Positive: Spacious room. Friendly staff. Free coffee.

Negative: The reception area looked run down, dusty, and not very inviting. The coffee station (free coffee) was not very hygienic, and no milk was available. Toilet setup is not thought through as one sits halfway under the sink. Detail cleaning is not great.
