The home is located absolute beachfront just above the waves at the end of a dead end avenue away from traffic, noise and crowds, providing the perfect setting for reconnecting with family, friends or corporate colleagues. The home provides numerous gathering spaces, yet is large enough to afford privacy when desired. Miles of uncrowded, clean sandy beaches offer an ideal playground to interact with family or spend peaceful personal time in this pristine setting reflecting on life and reconnecting with oneself. The home is ideally located away from the crowds and only a few minutes from everything the Lincoln City area of the Oregon Coast have to offer.
Located just a few minutes north of the whale watching capital, the home takes advantage of regular sightings of the resident whale population. Whale watching and fishing expeditions are with 8 minutes of the home. Halibut, ling cod and numerous other fish species are caught in season throughout the year as well as salmon up to 50lbs just 5 minutes from the home in the Siletz River.
Tide pools are located about 3 minutes south of the home allowing young and old alike to enjoy interaction with crabs, starfish and other tide pool inhabitants. Beware of logs, sneaker waves and slipping on the rocks when climbing around tide pools!

Summary: My wife and her siblings and most of their spouses were there (17 people total).Very enjoyable time, very adequate accommodations, the house showing its age a bit. Great view of the ocean, for older people access to beach a little difficult, weather absolutely gorgeous!Would do it again!

Summary: Beautiful home! I wish they would put some money back into the property. Such a beautiful home to not repair things that are broken or not working. And there are a lot of things broken or not working. Also this home is not stocked well at all, so bring everything. Including toilet paper. We had to go out and purchase quite a bit of items for our stay that we were not expecting. We did not let these things upset our time. We had an amazing time but we did book a different home for 2025 Xmas

Summary: House was very clean and perfect for teens and adults. Only small critique is the garbages were already all full and the hot tub seemed like it may have needed a little more chlorine. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The size of the house was fantastic with lots of space available for our large party. Unfortunately one of the best rooms in the house facing the beach was locked and had a refrigerator blocking it?? Bare minimum essential items were provided including toilet paper and 3 trash bags and we quickly ran out on Thanksgiving night. Beach access is challenging requiring scaling slippery rocks and older members of our group were not able to easily get to the beach. Very unfortunate. Would have been nice to have a book providing details about the area including the closest beach access with stairs or other helpful info about the area. This is our 4th year on the Coast for Thanksgiving and with so many options I would probably not book again.

Summary: We are a family of 9 siblings - all over 60 - with spouses. Most couples had a private attached bedroom/bathroom. There were good gathering spaces also. We had great views of the ocean for those who were less mobile and close easy access to the beach for those that wanted to venture down. The theater room was a hit for watching football games. The host was responsive to our requests. Loved it!

Summary: The property had great common spaces for hosting our family reunion. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets over the ocean each night from the deck and main level of the house. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and serve food for our family of 14 people. There is a nice pool table, a hot tub, and entertainment room. The bedrooms are comfortable but the floor plan has some oddities. To access one of the bedrooms, you need to walk through the master bedroom and bathroom. Another bedroom is not near a shower. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. We were initially told that it would take five hours to clean the house -- so we had to go out to dinner the first night rather than cooking at home. The management company did work hard to correct the mistake and got a cleaning crew in quickly. We were able to access the house 2 1/2 hours after scheduled. Although the management company indicated a willingness to refund some of our money, that has not happened yet.

Summary: Awesome property! Before making reservations, I asked about wheelchair access. I was told yes! After making the reservation and paying the deposit, I was sent an email advising me that I would need to rent a wheelchair ramp from the local medical supply. Upon entry to the house there was one bedroom wheelchair friendly, and no wheelchair access to any of the restrooms! I/we feel this is something that should not happen to anyone! I am making a formal request that a portion of our payment be refunded for the extreme inconvenience.
