Positive: We loved Everything! Before our trip which was a 12 hour drive, Sabrina the host made sure we were well informed, and had everything we needed at the house. My kids stayed in the private pool more than anything and enjoyed every minute. We saved money by not eating out and cooking family meals at the house, and just enjoying our stay there together! Definitely plan on coming back one day!
Negative: There is literally nothing I can say bad about this beautiful home and facilities! I have seen a bad Review on here and I can tell you none of that was true during the time I stayed. Everything was amazing!

Positive: Our stay was excellent, the Villa was very big, very well-equipped and had everything we needed. Our Host, Sabrina couldn't do enough for us. The clubhouse facilities were good, we regularly used the Gym.

Positive: We stayed here for 6 nights with our 4 kids. The oldest just turned 18, then we have a 15, 12, and 4 year old. This house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything you could need during your stay. I can't get over how awesome the themed bedrooms looked!! Beds were very comfortable too! There is 1 bedroom on the main floor if you have people staying with you that have trouble with stairs. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. It all looks very welcoming when you walk in. Having the pool at the house was our favorite. There were tubes and rafts already there to use and the outdoor set up was great. We did use the clubhouse once, but we preferred using the pool at the house so everyone could easily come out to the pool and go back in as they chose! Even though we didn't participate, the clubhouse had scheduled activities throughout the day (for kids and adults) that seemed pretty cool. We also loved the pool table and air hockey. There were 2 areas to relax, on the main floor and outside the upstairs bedrooms. There is always space for everyone to have something to do and not get in each other's way! Which happens a lot with 4 siblings!! We were close to shopping and restaurants. The drive to the theme parks wasn't bad either! I can't say enough positive things about this house. Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions too!
Negative: It seems the hot tub times out and won't turn on after a certain time at night. Maybe 9:30 or 10. We were guessing because of quiet hours. It would have been nice to get in after walking around parks all day when your legs are tired! But it wasn't really a big deal...just floated in the pool instead!

Positive: Very spacious, comfortable villa with everything you could need (indoors). Well equipped kitchen. Heated pool and jacuzzi with no extra charge. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels (there were 6 adults) Air conditioning did a brilliant job as temperatures were very high during our stay. Located on a lovely resort with lazy river and large pool. Owner always answered queries immediately.
Negative: The outside furniture consisted of a very tired wooden table and bench which could only seat 4 comfortably so we couldn`t all sit together and eat. There were 4 sun loungers without cushions !! very hard plastic so we couldn`t use them (i did ask owner if there were cushions somewhere but she suggested we just use towels) There was also a small sofa plus 2 chairs with some cushions, we weren`t able to sit together outside to eat or play games and that was dissapointing, although there was a large dining table indoors.
Summary: Nice villa and fairly priced, shame about outdoor furniture.
